Job Summary: Psychologist to provide individual and group psychological counseling, systematic patient follow-up, and development of psychosocial interventions aimed at promoting development and stability. Proficiency in performance indicator- and goal-oriented work. **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide individual or group psychological counseling; Conduct screening and emergency interventions; Perform systematic follow-up of patients undergoing treatment for psychological disorders, supporting comprehensive psychosocial development and maintenance of stability; Develop group activities according to the annual plan; Participate in and organize case study meetings; Prepare summaries and attend meetings; Document counseling sessions in signed and stamped physical medical records and in digital medical records; Maintain attendance spreadsheets and prepare reports; Collaborate with the municipal mental health network; Promote and develop work processes aiming to enhance adherence to social reintegration programs; Other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Psychology; Valid registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP). **Additional Information** Working hours: 44 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust days and schedules monthly.
