Location: Jacutinga – MG Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM \| Monday to Friday Salary: R$ 4\.000,00 Benefits: ✅ Meal Allowance: R$ 100.00 ✅ On-site meals ✅ Transportation Allowance: R$ 400.00 Requirements: ✔ Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; ✔ Experience in the industrial/production area; ✔ Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (SST) documentation; ✔ Proficiency in controlling and monitoring ASOs, occupational medical examinations, and employee onboarding; ✔ Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs); ✔ Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office suite. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct safety inspections in the workplace; * Identify occupational hazards and propose preventive and corrective actions; * Monitor operational activities and production processes to ensure compliance with safety regulations; * Control, manage, and monitor ASOs, admission, periodic, and termination medical examinations, as well as absences; * Deliver training sessions, DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues), and onboarding for new employees; * Supervise the proper use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs); * Prepare reports, indicators, and documentation related to Occupational Safety; * Investigate accidents and incidents and propose action plans; * Support occupational health prevention programs and internal campaigns; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation, safety standards, and internal procedures; * Participate in audits, inspections, and adjustments related to the Occupational Health and Safety (SST) area.
