Ensure positive customer service and experience JOB: OPERATIONAL ASSISTANT MANAGER IN RESTAURANT Role: Coordinate and oversee all store operational activities; Manage the team to ensure organization, discipline, and productivity; Monitor operational processes and routines, ensuring compliance with established standards; Guarantee full store operation throughout all business hours; Receive deliveries, inspect goods, and manage inventory control; Provide customer service, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience; Perform other duties inherent to the role. Salary: R$ 3\.500,00 Schedule: Tuesday to Friday: 3 PM to 12 AM / Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: 10 AM to 12 AM Fixed day off: Monday Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in this role, preferably in restaurant operations.
