Job Description **Objective:** Ensure the cleaning and housekeeping of guest rooms and public areas according to the brand’s style and quality standards. Place the guest at the “heart” of everything performed to deliver a unique and unforgettable experience aligned with Accor’s Service Culture. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Supervise the cleaning and organization of guest rooms and public areas. * Lead, guide, and support the Housekeeping team. * Conduct quality inspections and room release checks. * Manage linens, uniforms, cleaning supplies, and materials. * Coordinate laundry operations and vendors related to the department. * Address guest requests and complaints. * Manage lost and found items. * Prepare staff schedules, determine team size, and monitor operational KPIs. * Ensure compliance with brand standards and sustainability practices. Qualifications **Minimum Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience in housekeeping. * Knowledge of hotel housekeeping routines. * Experience managing teams. * Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Basic English **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields. * Courses in Housekeeping, Laundry, or Leadership. * Intermediate English. **Details:** * Rotating 5-day workweek (5x2) Additional Information **Position Details:** * Rotating 5-day workweek (5x2)
