Technical leadership in continuous improvement initiatives We are looking for a **Bilingual Senior Infrastructure Technician** to work in a critical operation requiring high technical standards and direct interface with global teams. This professional will be responsible for ensuring stability, security, and high availability of IT environments, acting consultatively and proactively in resolving complex issues, as well as technically leading continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires fluent English communication, as there will be constant interaction with international stakeholders and teams. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the technical reference (Level N3) for IT infrastructure; * Ensure availability and performance of critical environments; * Diagnose and resolve complex incidents (advanced troubleshooting); * Administer and evolve Windows and/or Linux environments; * Manage and optimize corporate networks (LAN, WAN, VPN); * Handle structural problem management; * Participate in critical changes (change management), minimizing risks; * Support and technically guide Level N1/N2 teams; * Interact with global teams, conducting technical meetings in English; * Document solutions, processes, and environment architecture; * Identify automation opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives. ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking) — **essential**; * Solid experience in IT infrastructure (Level N3); * Advanced knowledge in: * Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN); * Windows Server and/or Linux operating systems; * Active Directory and related services; * Virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V or similar); * Monitoring and observability tools; * ITSM and ITIL best practices; * Experience in critical and high-availability environments; * Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Relevant certifications (ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, etc.); * Experience with cloud computing (Azure, AWS, GCP); * Knowledge of automation (PowerShell, Shell Script, etc.); * Experience in industrial or highly regulated environments; * Experience in information security and environment hardening; * Experience in 24x7 operations. ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Clear and confident communication, including technical English; * Analytical profile focused on solutions; * Proactivity and ownership mindset; * Ability to work under pressure in critical environments; * Technical leadership and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams; * Organization and prioritization skills. ### **Additional Information** * Work in a critical and highly complex environment; * On-site presence required; * Possible shift-based or on-call work arrangements depending on operational needs.
