This professional will serve as the architect of our journey toward ISO 27001 certification, combining rigorous security governance with the power of Artificial Intelligence to automate threat detection and ensure a Secure Development Lifecycle (AppSec). The goal is to elevate operational maturity, connecting high-criticality technical execution to strategic business decisions. **Responsibilities and Innovation Focus** * Leadership of Critical Operations (SOC/CSIRT): Manage incident response and cyber threat intelligence (CTI) teams, directly coordinating crisis rooms and making decisions under pressure. * Implementation of ISO 27001 Standard: Structure the Information Security Management System (ISMS), defining processes, metrics, and risk-based governance to ensure international compliance. * Cloud Application Security (Security by Design): Lead protection of multicloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure) and APIs, embedding security practices from code conception through to production environments. * AI-Driven Automation in Cybersecurity: Implement AI tools to optimize incident response, predict vulnerabilities, and improve efficiency in sustaining security tooling. * Organizational Education and Mentoring: Serve as a mentor for developing technical leadership and promoting a human-centered, responsible security culture. **Candidate Profile Sought (Required Experience)** * Strategic Education: Bachelor's degree in technology with an MBA in Cybersecurity Business Management or Strategic Leadership; * Incident Management Expertise: Proven experience establishing and managing CSIRT teams, preferably with international specialization (e.g., Carnegie Mellon); * Infrastructure and Cloud Proficiency: Deep technical foundation in Unix/Linux systems (Red Hat, SUSE) and security architecture for mission-critical and e-commerce environments; * Risk Management Experience: Track record leading organizational restructuring initiatives to enhance resilience and trust between technology and business units; * Additional Certifications: RHCSA, LPIC-1, ITIL, and experience in IT governance; * Languages: English (Full Professional) and Spanish (Professional Working). **Strategic Differentiators** * Prior experience as an Advisory Counselor in innovation and cybersecurity forums. * Experience administering advanced edge security tools (e.g., Akamai WAF) at scale. * Ability to align data protection (LGPD/GDPR) with the agility required for developing new digital products.
