Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for managing fleet maintenance and cleaning. * Gather fuel consumption indicators per vehicle through reports, aiming to reduce expenses. * Prepare driver schedules using weekly planning, ensuring customer service compliance without exceeding permitted working hours. * Ensure vehicle monitoring using the ABM system. * Guarantee adherence to agreed-upon schedules with customers. * Ensure all drivers are registered in the tracking system to enable verification of timecard hours. * Optimize driver movement by cross-referencing data from the tracking and monitoring systems to avoid deadhead mileage. * Ensure confidentiality and discretion regarding all information related to processes accessed or known. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in logistics, including schedule preparation. * Completed undergraduate degree; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience with computerized systems; * Experience managing teams. **Additional Information** **Salary**: * Between R$ 3\.000,00 and R$ 4\.000,00 **Benefits**: * Meal allowance; * Fuel assistance or transportation voucher; * Group life insurance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * University partnership programs; * Salary advance.
