Develop customer relationships and prospect new business **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage the commercial department, ensuring organization, performance, and goal achievement. * Lead, develop, and supervise the commercial team. * Maintain and strengthen relationships with active customers, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and contract continuity. * Prospect and develop new customers, expanding the client portfolio and business opportunities. * Engage in direct customer contact, negotiations, and commercial follow-up. * Manage and monitor commercial contracts, deadlines, terms, and renewals. * Conduct market analyses to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning. * Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs and commercial metrics. * Prepare reports and dashboards using advanced Excel and Power BI to support strategic decision-making. **Requirements:** * Experience in team management and commercial areas. * Advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of Power BI. * Experience with KPIs, targets, and indicator-based management. * Strategic, analytical, commercially oriented, and results-driven profile. * Experience in expanding customer portfolios and developing markets.
