




Job Summary: A Marketing and Communications professional to coordinate teams, manage 360° campaigns, branding, and PR, ensuring consistency and performance across multiple channels. Essential: Prior experience with franchise networks. **Key Responsibilities** Responsible for organizing workflows, distributing tasks, and tracking deliverables to ensure technical quality, visual consistency, and on-time delivery. Will provide feedback, conduct alignment sessions, and lead management rituals with teams. Will also be responsible for developing concepts, key visuals (KVs), and their derivatives, as well as coordinating timelines, approvals, and deliveries in partnership with internal teams and vendors. Will monitor campaign performance and produce post-campaign analyses. Will define narratives, key messages, and tone-of-voice guidelines, approving institutional, commercial, and seasonal content across multiple channels to ensure uniformity, clarity, and precision in communications. Will apply the brand book across all assets and campaigns, ensuring aesthetic consistency and brand evolution, while also supporting branding initiatives, new product launches, and sub-brand development. Will track media topics, press releases, and media opportunities, analyzing PR reports—including media placements, audience reach, IQV, and PR ROI—and articulating strategic messaging jointly with the PR team whenever necessary. Will also handle briefing, guidance, and approval of deliverables from agencies, designers, videomakers, and other partners, controlling deadlines, quality, and adherence to defined strategy. Will monitor KPIs related to communications, branding, campaigns, and PR, preparing executive reports for senior leadership and proposing data-driven improvements based on analysis and market benchmarks. Will maintain updated and cross-functional departmental timelines, manage the department’s budget, support investment decisions, anticipate risks, and resolve operational bottlenecks. Finally, will align strategic vision with daily execution, actively participating in production whenever needed to ensure agility, quality, and excellence in outcomes. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising and Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. * 3–5 years of experience in marketing roles involving team leadership. * Proven experience in 360° communication and creative management. * Experience coordinating press relations and interpreting PR KPIs (IQV, PR ROI, audience metrics, media placements). * Proficiency in branding guidelines and visual identity application. * Ability to plan, execute, and analyze institutional and commercial campaigns. * Project management skills, including deadline and multitasking management. * Familiarity with tools such as: Microsoft Office suite, project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion), social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn), basic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva), and analytical capability for data interpretation and report generation. * ***Prior experience with franchise networks (essential requirement).*** **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid, with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote. **Work Location:** Santa Cecília, São Paulo - SP. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week.
