Customer and supplier service, and document organization. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive customers, visitors, and suppliers. * Handle telephone calls and route them to the responsible department. * Support the sales team with proposal submissions, spreadsheet updates, and document organization. * Assist in order issuance and tracking within the system. * Perform administrative tasks such as mail control, scheduling, and office supplies management. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Currently enrolled in Administration, Business Management, Commercial Management, or related fields (from the 2nd semester onward). * Availability to intern during morning or afternoon shifts. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional demeanor.
