Job Summary: Implement and monitor occupational safety programs, supervise teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in projects. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and conducting risk assessments **Job Description:** ---------------------- Main Responsibilities: Implement and monitor occupational safety programs in projects and implementation fronts; Support and supervise SSMA professionals and third-party teams to fulfill contractual obligations; Conduct daily inspections at work fronts to ensure compliance with safety regulations; Conduct training sessions, team integrations, and Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS); Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE); Perform risk analysis for activities and issue safe work permits; Accompany audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards; Manage occupational risks and implement occupational health and safety guidelines; Support SSMA indicator management and preventive programs. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Technical qualification in Occupational Safety (active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment - MTE); Proven experience in the field; Advanced knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs), especially NR\-18, 22, 33, and 35; Ability to prepare technical reports; Experience in risk analysis and accident investigation; Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; Driver's License Category B. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience in large infrastructure or heavy industrial construction projects. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Salary negotiable; Meal allowance; Transportation allowance; Unimed Health Insurance Plan; Dental insurance; Life insurance. **Work Location:** ---------------------- GAP GESTAO AMBIENTAL E PROJETOS LTDA
