Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for organizing, classifying, and maintaining physical and digital files, supporting HR and the Personnel Department in document management and administrative processes.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Organize, classify, archive, and keep physical and digital employee personnel files up to date;
* Conduct assessments and diagnostics of existing files;
* Control the removal, movement, loan, and return of files and documents, ensuring traceability;
* Perform periodic physical file inventories to ensure document location and integrity;
* Ensure digitized documents are legible, complete, correctly identified, and linked to the corresponding employee;
* Maintain standardized naming conventions and organization for electronic documents, facilitating their retrieval and consultation;
* Receive and organize documents originating from hiring, vacation, contractual changes, leaves of absence, disciplinary actions, training, termination, and other employment-related activities;
* Support HR and the Personnel Department in locating and providing documents for audits, inspections, labor proceedings, and internal requests;
* Develop file controls and metrics, such as percentage of reviewed files, digitized documents, pending documents, and missing documents;
* Support initiatives aimed at reducing physical documentation and advancing HR toward digital processes;
* Perform other administrative tasks related to HR and the Personnel Department.
**Requirements:** Prior experience with filing, document management, administrative routines, Human Resources, or Personnel Department.
**Education:**
Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Process Management, Archival Science, or related fields.
