Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or related fields; * Experience in product development within the textile segment; * Experience with Private Label and Magazines; * Own vehicle and availability for 100% in-person work. Responsibilities: * Provision of services for product development and coordination, covering styling, engineering, pattern making, marker making, and sample sewing. * Personnel management * Planning and execution of production pieces * Analysis of technologies used and efficiency * Coordination, maintenance, control, and enhancement of collections * Organization of activities * Team training and guidance Employment Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 24 months Compensation: Up to R$10.000,00 per month
