**Information for candidates:**
* Salary negotiable: Range between R$ 1.892,59 and R$ 2.331,86
* Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, Monday to Friday.
**Requirements:**
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (HR, People Management, Finance, or related fields)
* Must reside in Uberlândia
* Minimum 6 months of experience in the role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and Corel Draw

**Responsibilities and Activities:**
* Monitor employee time records in the system, verifying entry/exit times, lunch breaks, absences, and tardiness; identify irregularities and overtime; coordinate with department heads to confirm necessary information for system payroll closure.
* Verify onboarding documentation and register new employees in the system, ensuring preparation of all documents required by labor law;
* Schedule and monitor pre-employment and post-employment medical examinations;
* Register and manage employee benefits;
* Ensure transportation benefit credits for employees, tracking business days and recording data in the collective transport company’s system; submit reports listing voucher quantities along with each employee’s card number;
* Resend pay slips and time sheet summaries upon request;
* Organize all required documents for labor claims;
* Manage and administer employee benefits, coordinating appropriate payments of bonuses and general allowances via PayFy and Bullla cards;
* Provide support to employees and managers through communication channels, systems, or in person, clarifying matters related to benefits, complaints, time cards, payroll, etc.;
* Organize and archive departmental and employee files;
* Support managers/team leaders in all department-related activities.
* Request employee ID badge issuance from partner company, sending employee registration details via e-mail;
* Track and calculate employee vacation periods according to legal requirements, and advise employees regarding payment details and departure/return dates;
* Ensure compliance with internal company policies;
* Support all departmental activities.
