Job Summary: The Procurement Supervisor will structure the procurement cycle for the EMF Group, centralizing demand requests, implementing processes, and ensuring efficiency, cost savings, and governance in procurement and warehouse inventory control. Ensure procurement best practices and compliance We are seeking a Procurement Supervisor to structure the procurement cycle for the EMF Group. The role will be responsible for centralizing demand requests, implementing processes, and ensuring efficiency, cost savings, and governance in procurement and warehouse inventory control. **Responsibilities:** Structure EMF's procurement process (policies, workflows, and procedures). Centralize administrative, operational, and supply procurement. Monitor technical procurement activities conducted by specialized departments (e.g., maintenance), ensuring alignment and governance. Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and contracts with suppliers. Control and audit warehouse inventories (head office and branches). Implement and monitor procurement, inventory, and cost-saving KPIs. Ensure procurement best practices and compliance within the department. Support internal and external audits related to supply chain. **Requirements:** Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Purchasing. Experience in supplier negotiation and proposal analysis. Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations. Ability to implement processes, policies, and procedures. Analytical profile, oriented toward efficiency, cost savings, and governance.
