**Responsibilities and duties**
* Receive patients, conduct medical history interviews, explain procedures to be performed, and address any related questions or concerns;
* Perform endovascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using various radiographic techniques, hemodynamic equipment, and radiopaque contrast agents;
* Perform endovascular surgical procedures in hemodynamics services guided by imaging diagnostics;
* Remove introducers after hemodynamic procedures and apply compressive dressings;
* Transfer patients to the recovery room;
* Complete the procedure room log and required medical record entries, meticulously documenting all performed procedures;
* Participate in developing health care plans for patients undergoing hemodynamic procedures;
* Respect and collaborate in improving operational norms and procedures;
* Attend technical-scientific meetings aimed at enhancing medical care quality;
* Fulfill and/or prepare work schedules for the department, optimizing patient and staff safety, comfort, and efficiency;
* Participate in protocol development;
* Support essential hospital services and engage in health surveillance, biosafety, hospital epidemiology, and accident prevention programs and committees;
* Safeguard and assume full responsibility for all medications, supplies, instruments, and equipment in the department;
* Adhere to ethical principles throughout all professional activities;
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in continuing health education programs, permanent committees, health surveillance, biosafety, hospital epidemiology, and accident prevention;
* Support hospital management on matters related to your area of expertise, proposing and discussing solutions to problems and irregularities to inform action planning and support continuous process improvement;
* Participate in drafting and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), knowing them thoroughly and applying them daily;
* Fulfill institutional requests to serve as Preceptor, Tutor, Instructor, and/or Coordinator in teaching activities;
* Participate in or facilitate Permanent Education initiatives, per institutional policy, within the scope of your responsibilities;
* Maintain and safeguard materials and equipment under your responsibility to extend their useful life;
* Perform duties observing occupational safety requirements, correctly using personal protective equipment (PPE) in all activities, complying with current legislation and institutional standards;
* Support your immediate supervisor on matters related to your area of expertise, proposing and discussing solutions to problems and irregularities to inform action planning and support continuous process improvement;
* Perform other related tasks of equivalent complexity upon request from your immediate supervisor.
**Requirements and qualifications**
1 \- Specialist Qualification Registration (RQE) in Therapeutic Neuroradiology;
2\- Minimum documented experience of 6 (six) months as an Interventional Neuroradiologist, with emphasis on performing endovascular surgical procedures (Cerebral Embolization, Angioplasty, Cerebral Arteriography) in hemodynamics services.
**Additional information**
Work schedule: Tuesdays 13:00–19:00 and Fridays 07:00–13:00;
Monthly salary for a 60-hour workload (12 hours/week): R$ 5\.739,40;

#### **Our infrastructure**
Dr. Célio de Castro Metropolitan Hospital (HMDCC) occupies a built area of 46\.000 m², with 13 floors and a helipad. It has 460 beds, including 80 ICU beds, and 16 operating rooms.
HMDCC specializes in urgent and emergency clinical, surgical, and stroke (AVC) care, with regulated and referral-based admissions coordinated by Belo Horizonte Municipal Health Secretariat’s Admission Center.
We are also a reference for SUS-BH and Minas Gerais in high-complexity care across the following specialties: internal medicine, orthopedics, general surgery, vascular surgery, neurosurgery, neurology, and urology.
Annually, we perform over 16,000 hospitalizations, 8,000 surgeries, 100,000 imaging exams, and 820,000 laboratory tests.
