Provide efficient customer service in an omnichannel model * Safely and efficiently unload trucks. * Responsible for delivering efficient customer service and assisting with physical tasks. * Control cargo flow, ensuring product organization and integrity. * Manage material and product replenishment, ensuring all areas are adequately supplied. * Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and ensure operational efficiency. * Assist with other physical tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations. * Serve customers when necessary by guiding and/or accompanying them. * Handle and manage orders placed through the omnichannel model (in-store and online), ensuring an integrated and efficient customer experience. * Maintain organized storage space, ensuring products are ready for pickup within the specified timeframe. * Pick products (omnichannel) according to orders, verifying items, quantities, and overall conditions. Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level)
