On a day-to-day basis, you will engage with accounting and tax processes, gaining hands-on experience in corporate routines, legislation, analysis, and data organization that support the company’s decision-making. Here, you will have the space to build knowledge, actively participate in departmental activities, and develop alongside experienced professionals — on a team that believes in constant learning, collaboration, and professional growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support accounting and tax department routines; * Assist in organizing and verifying fiscal and accounting documents; * Support data entry and controls in ERP systems; * Assist in monitoring accounts payable and receivable processes; * Support account reconciliation and organization of financial information; * Support the team in controlling files, reports, and departmental indicators; * Contribute to administrative tasks related to the accounting/tax area; * Support month-end closing activities and tax compliance routines; * Participate in developing and improving internal controls and administrative processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Accounting Sciences; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity; * Ability to work effectively in teams and eagerness to learn. **Additional Information** At Luza Group Brasil, we value people who are curious, eager to learn, and driven to grow professionally.
