Development and validation of analytical methods **Brewery-sector company located in the Frutal/MG region is hiring a Senior Laboratory Analyst responsible for:** * High-complexity physicochemical and microbiological analyses; * Development and validation of analytical methods (SOPs); * Management of laboratory equipment, calibration, and traceability; * Deviation analysis, KPIs, and support to Production and Quality; * Interpretation of ISO 9001, HACCP, and FSSC 22000; * Experience with audit procedures; **Requirements / Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related fields; * Experience in industrial quality control (beverages); * People and process management; **Working Hours** * Availability to work according to company hours; **Salary / Benefits:** * Salary negotiable + Health Insurance (Unimed) + Chartered Transportation + On-site Meals + Life Insurance + Meal Voucher R$630.00 + Attendance Bonus + Monthly Product Pack.
