**Responsibilities and Duties**
Control raw material and product inventory, ensuring required quantities and quality levels for uninterrupted operations.
Monitor "non-conforming" products, performing daily measurements and collaborating with Process Engineering to resolve issues.
Monitor and adjust operational costs and production unit processes, providing technical decision support.
Ensure efficient handling of raw materials and products, and supervise production plant activities.
Propose and implement continuous improvements in processes and products, in compliance with safety regulations and corporate guidelines.
Develop daily and specific instructions to ensure production and quality, as well as provide technical guidance.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, scheduling timing and deadlines to minimize production impact.
Evaluate plant performance and jointly implement corrective actions with technical staff to maintain high efficiency.
Ensure all activities comply with established quality specifications and standards.
Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams on programs for developing new equipment, automation, and processes.
Participate in cross-departmental planning meetings, collaborating with Maintenance, Quality, and Safety teams.
Support the Production Supervisor in team administration, vacation planning, and identifying training needs.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields;
* Knowledge of safety and environmental management, and familiarity with Occupational Safety Regulatory Standards.
* Advanced English proficiency for technical reading.
* Advanced English.
* Solid experience in phosphoric acid production processes.
