We seek proactive, committed individuals with attention to detail and willingness to contribute to process organization and efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** Collect and centrifuge blood samples; Perform inspection, cleaning, and checklist of the technical area, equipment, and preventive maintenance; Monitor and record daily temperature, cleaning logs, reagent controls/openings, and inspections; Register mandatory data in the current system; Request, receive, and store materials from the warehouse; Record shift-related activities in the report; Perform and record steps of immunohematological tests; Deliver and verify delivered blood components; Package and request transportation of blood components; Manage daily inventory of blood components. **Requirements:** Previous experience in the role; Technical knowledge in laboratory and hemotherapy; Organization, attention to detail, and proactivity; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. **Work Schedule: FERISTA** Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Desired Qualifications:* Clinical Analysis, Technical Course * Nursing, Technical Course
