Responsible for supporting quality management-related activities, including document control, performance indicator monitoring, audit preparation, handling of nonconformities, and supporting certification maintenance and regulatory requirements. Works in compliance with internal standards, technical standards (e.g., ISO), and regulatory body requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** Assist in controlling and updating documents of the Quality Management System (procedures, work instructions, forms, records, etc.); Study and interpret ISO standards, organizing documents to safeguard and support the legal security of corporate actions and decisions; Support preparation and organization of internal and external audits (certification bodies, regulatory agencies, and contractual audits); Record, monitor, and manage action plans related to nonconformities, improvements, and complaints; Support collection and consolidation of quality performance indicators and reports; Assist in process mapping and review of flowcharts, manuals, and policies; Manage records and evidence of compliance required by regulatory agencies; Provide support to operational and administrative departments in implementing corrective and preventive actions; Contribute to campaigns, training, and awareness initiatives on quality, safety, and continuous improvement; Ensure standardization and compliance of internal processes according to concession contractual requirements. 2512070202191852046
