Responsible for supporting quality management activities, including document control, indicator monitoring, audit preparation, nonconformance handling, and support for maintaining certifications and regulatory requirements. Works in compliance with internal standards, technical standards (e.g., ISO), and regulatory agency requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** Assist in controlling and updating documents of the Quality Management System (procedures, work instructions, forms, records, etc.); Study and interpret ISO standards, organizing documents to ensure legal security for corporate actions and decisions; Support preparation and organization of internal and external audits (certification bodies, regulatory agencies, and contractual audits); Record, monitor, and control action plans related to nonconformities, improvements, and complaints; Support collection and consolidation of quality performance indicators and reports; Assist in process mapping and review of flowcharts, manuals, and policies; Manage records and evidence of compliance required by regulatory agencies; Provide support to operational and administrative departments in implementing corrective and preventive actions; Contribute to campaigns, training sessions, and awareness initiatives on quality, safety, and continuous improvement; Ensure internal process standardization and compliance according to contractual concession requirements. 2512070202191852046
