Follow hygiene and food safety regulations A hamburger restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Juiz de Fora (Vila Ideal). **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing hamburgers, sandwiches, and side dishes. Cut and prepare ingredients such as meats, vegetables, and sauces. Assemble sandwiches according to orders. Organize and restock ingredients in the kitchen. Clean utensils, equipment, and work areas. Assist in food inventory control. Follow hygiene and food safety regulations. Support the kitchen team during service. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the tasks in this position. High school diploma required.
