Opportunity for continuous professional development **Nolasco Law Firm** is seeking an **attorney with proven experience in Real Estate Law** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Consultative and litigation practice in real estate matters; * Drafting and analysis of real estate contracts, including purchase and sale, leasing, built-to-suit, exchange, among others; * Real estate due diligence and risk analysis; * Handling real estate regularization, adverse possession, real estate developments, and land subdivisions; * Managing judicial and administrative proceedings related to real estate matters; * Client service, legal opinion drafting, and negotiation management. **Requirements:** * Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Prior experience in Real Estate Law; * Strong legal writing skills and analytical ability; * Organization, proactivity, and ability to work technically and collaboratively. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):** * Specialization or courses in real estate law; * Knowledge of Notarial and Registry Law. **What We Offer:** * Collaborative professional environment; * Opportunity for continuous professional development; * Involvement in complex and strategic real estate matters.
