If you identify with our purpose, shall we imagine and engineer the future—together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Ensure the execution and delivery of engineering projects under your responsibility, detailing the project plan according to alignment with responsible professionals, interfacing with stakeholders, and monitoring activities across various disciplines to contribute to contract fulfillment within specifications agreed upon with the client. **Detailed Description:** * Coordinate the implementation of electromechanical systems and equipment in industrial projects, from planning through commissioning and start-up. * Manage in-house and contracted teams (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and automation installation), ensuring productivity, quality, and safety. * Plan and monitor physical schedules for electromechanical disciplines, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and project scope. * Supervise assembly, installation, integration, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities. * Interface with Engineering, Procurement, PCM, Safety, and suppliers to ensure technical and operational alignment. * Validate as-built engineering drawings, technical specifications, material lists, descriptive memoranda, and “as-built” drawings. * Control contracts with third-party companies, service measurements, and supplier performance. * Monitor receipt, inspection, and technical release of electromechanical equipment and materials. * Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations (NR-10, NR-12, NR-35, etc.). * Identify field risks, deviations, and interferences, proposing technical solutions to maintain project progress. * Lead site meetings, reporting status, KPIs, and physical progress to project management. * Ensure technical documentation, test reports, commissioning checklists, and final system handover to the client/operations. * Support assisted operation startup and knowledge transfer to operations/maintenance teams. * Promote continuous improvement, process standardization, and lessons learned. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Technical or higher education qualification in Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. * Proven experience in industrial project implementation, electromechanical installation, or commissioning. * Experience managing field teams and third-party contracts. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office * Work Location: Araxá/MG * Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Benefits Included in this Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Gym Membership via Gympass Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
