Manage the inflow and outflow of merchandise. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle product exchanges: process requests, pick items, verify quantities, price products, and restock shelves; * When necessary, acquire new customers: present products, provide price lists, complete registration, and place orders; * Secure additional shelf space and display points; * Monitor sales performance reports, targets, and activation metrics sent by supervisors or available in the sales system; * Manage orders using company-provided tools (e.g., order pads, sales suggestions) whenever required; * Position products appropriately, maximizing available space. Implement visual strategies to minimize returns. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in this role; * Driver's License Category A; * Completed High School education; * Flexible availability for working hours.
