Join us too! **Opportunity:** Diesel Mechanic **Summary of Responsibilities:** Perform mechanical maintenance services, assembling and disassembling vehicles and equipment, repairing or replacing components and parts to ensure optimal functionality and extend service life. **Responsibilities** * Conduct routine inspections to diagnose the condition and operational status of pneumatic, injection, transmission, lubrication, cooling, electrical, and other systems; * Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on all equipment and respective accessories, ensuring proper operation; * Assemble and disassemble engines, gearboxes, transmissions, differentials, compressors, braking systems, and other mechanical parts/components; * Carry out lubrication, adjustments, and calibrations of all mechanical and pneumatic equipment according to specifications for each unit, using appropriate tools; * Monitor vehicle and equipment operational tests and production, verifying proper functionality; * Report completed repairs and replaced parts for record-keeping purposes; * Identify and report operational failures in equipment and vehicles; * Assess repair needs for tools used in the production process; * Inspect bearings and replace them if necessary, in accordance with established standards; **Schedule** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; alternate Saturdays **Desirable:** Availability for night shift
