An aluminum window company seeks a professional with a strong technical and operational profile to assume strategic leadership of aluminum window projects, responsible for managing budgeting, procurement, and execution. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead the technical budgeting team; * Lead and direct the production and procurement teams; * Define technical specifications and guide material procurement; * Perform development, review, and validation of aluminum window projects; * Coordinate project reviews and technical compatibility checks; * Ensure technical feasibility, quality, and standardization of projects; * Monitor and provide technical guidance for construction site execution; * Conduct critical analysis of architectural and execution drawings; * Manage priorities, deadlines, and operational demands of the department; * Serve as the technical reference point among construction sites, production, procurement, and senior management; * And other related duties. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Solid experience in aluminum window projects; * Experience in operational leadership and team management; * Strong technical knowledge of aluminum window systems; * Experience in technical review of projects and budgets; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting architectural drawings; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and design software; * Ability to make decisions and resolve technical problems. **EDUCATION:** * Preferred qualification: Architecture and Urbanism, Civil Engineering, or related fields in design and civil construction. * Desired experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the aluminum window industry; * Prior experience in technical coordination, operational management, or team leadership is desirable. **EXPECTED PROFILE** * Analytical and strategic mindset; * Organizational skills and operational vision; * Agility in decision-making; * Capability to manage people and processes; * Strong technical and operational communication skills.
