This position is responsible for ensuring employee safety and health through the implementation of workplace safety policies and procedures. Daily tasks include conducting risk assessments, safety inspections, safety training, accident investigations, and guiding employees on safe work practices. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence. **Qualifications** * **Risk Assessments and Safety Inspections:** Experience in conducting risk assessments and performing regular workplace safety inspections. * **Safety Training:** Ability to develop and deliver safety training for employees, ensuring safe work practices. * **Accident Investigation:** Knowledge in conducting incident and accident investigations, including preparing detailed and preventive reports. * **Guidance and Communication:** Skills to provide employees with guidance on safety regulations and effectively communicate the importance of safety practices in the workplace. * In addition to the above skills, a technical qualification in Occupational Safety and knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation are desirable.
