Description

Mission: Clean and organize floors, apartments, and common areas to maintain established standards. Responsibilities: ● Perform apartment cleaning and departure procedures according to the schedule and daily task list. ● Maintain cleanliness and organization of internal and external areas, floors, and apartments under your responsibility. ● Preserve internal and external areas, as well as belongings and items under your responsibility. ● Organize and inspect materials and utensils essential for the proper functioning of your work area, replenishing them as needed. ● Complete reports and update them based on collected information. ● Collect and deliver laundry to the laundry room and/or ironing service. ● Receive, relay, and monitor guest requests related to other departments. ● Keep the housekeeping cart and floor pantries clean and organized. ● Perform gardening tasks when necessary. ● Carry out room plan assignments and/or check-outs when required. ● Immediately deliver found items from apartments to Housekeeping or Management, regardless of value, for Lost and Found processing. ● Count soiled linens and complete the corresponding list for laundry dispatch. ● Identify forgotten items and enter them into the system. ● Deliver guest and crew laundry returned from the laundry facility. ● Execute the room cleaning schedule; if completion is not possible, provide justification to your supervisor. ● Complete the apartment cleaning schedule. ● Flip mattresses and perform maintenance according to the pre-established schedule. ● Submit maintenance requests to the responsible department. ● Ensure the function’s checklist is fully completed. ● In any case of public emergency, the employee must follow the procedures outlined in the respective manual. ● Comply with internal procedures related to the General Data Protection Law. ● Safeguard the company’s image and confidentiality of information.
