Work at an Accounting Office **Work Location:** Santa Mônica Neighborhood, Belo Horizonte/MG CLT Employment Contract We are seeking a Tax Analyst to join our team at an accounting office, directly handling fiscal and accounting routines for companies across various sectors. We seek an organized, analytical professional committed to deadlines and the accuracy of information. **Main Responsibilities:** Perform accounting classification and posting in accordance with current accounting standards and principles; Carry out tax calculations and trial balances; Prepare Balance Sheets and Income Statements; Complete and submit ancillary obligations, including ECD and ECF; Verify fiscal documents and accounting entries; Manage monthly fiscal and accounting closings for client companies; Ensure compliance with tax obligations and statutory deadlines; Provide support for fiscal and accounting demands from the client portfolio. **Requirements:** Prior experience in an accounting office; Knowledge of tax legislation and accounting routines; Experience with ECD, ECF, and fiscal calculations; Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences (completed or in progress); Familiarity with accounting software is considered a plus. **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance; Meal Allowance; Health Insurance; Birthday Day Off. **Working Hours:** **Monday to Thursday:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Friday:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Desired Profile:** Organization and attention to detail; Strong communication skills; Responsibility and commitment; Ability to manage multiple tasks; Analytical and proactive mindset.
