Do you want to be part of this story and turn ideas and dreams into reality? **As a Senior PIMS Analyst, you will:** * Administer and maintain the PIMS environment (configuration, performance, and availability) * Develop and optimize data collection, storage, and modeling structures * Create dashboards, reports, and analyses to support operations and management * Perform integrations with industrial systems (PLC, SCADA, MES, ERP) * Analyze and resolve incidents and problems * Propose continuous improvements in PIMS usage and data governance * Support and train end users * Document architectures, processes, and solutions **Requirements for this role:** * Solid knowledge of installing and configuring PI System platform modules: PI Interfaces * Solid knowledge of creating new tags * Solid knowledge of building asset and process hierarchies in PI AF * Solid knowledge of creating/adjusting PI Vision displays using Aveva’s recommended practices * Strong SQL and data modeling skills * **Asset Modeling:** Create and maintain hierarchical and logical asset structures within the PI Asset Framework (AF), using templates for standardization and scalability. * **Visualization and Dashboards:** Develop dynamic screens and dashboards in PI Vision for real-time operational monitoring and situational awareness analysis. * **Industrial Connectivity:** Install and configure PI Interfaces, Connectors, and Adapters to acquire data via protocols such as OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, and Profibus. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * **Official Certifications:** AVEVA/OSIsoft certifications (e.g., PI System Administration or Developer Track). * **Data Management:** Perform technical system maintenance—including managing tags in PI Data Archive, backfilling data processes, and monitoring server health. * **Programming:** Proficiency in languages such as Python, C\#, or VB, with experience using AF SDK and PI Web API to develop custom solutions and complex integrations. * **BI and ERP Integration:** Experience exporting and processing data for Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) or direct integration with other systems. * **Industry 4\.0 and IIoT Expertise:** In-depth knowledge of modern protocols such as OPC UA (certificate management) and MQTT for edge devices. **Benefits:** * Nationwide Health Insurance (for employee and dependents, including private room) * Nationwide Dental Insurance (for employee and dependents) * Flexible Meal/Voucher Allowance * Remote Work Allowance * Birthday Day Off * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Extended Maternity Leave (6 months) and Paternity Leave (20 days) * Daycare Assistance for children up to 3 years old (per child) * Mental Health Support through Wellz * Benefits Club offering discounts with numerous partners * Education and Language Course Partnerships * Professional Development (Corporate University) * Partnership with coworking spaces across Brazil * Quality of Life and Well-Being Program * Consulting Physician for Radix employees * Incentive Plans **Why Radix consistently ranks among the Best Companies to Work For:** * We employ committed, dedicated, curious, and innovative professionals. * Team spirit is our greatest strength.
