Opportunity for proactive and empathetic professionals **Job Description** We are looking for a communicative, organized, and proactive individual to work as a **Receptionist**, responsible for greeting clients and visitors, answering phone calls, managing schedules, and supporting the company’s administrative routines. **Responsibilities** * Provide customer service in accordance with the service standards of the BotoEsthetic franchise network. * Receive and initiate contact via available channels (telephone, WhatsApp, e-mail, etc.). * Present available procedures, explain how they are performed, their benefits, positive outcomes, before-and-after images, pricing, and payment terms, among other information. * Clarify any client questions regarding specific procedures. * Register new clients in the systems. * Schedule and confirm appointments with clients in advance. * Notify the technical team of client arrivals. * Carry out post-sale activities. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); * Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the aesthetics or healthcare sector. **Desired Profile** * Friendliness and courtesy; * Organization and attention to detail; * Punctuality and responsibility; * Ability to interact effectively with the public and resolve situations with empathy. **Benefits** * [Transportation Allowance] Employment Type: Permanent CLT Benefits: * Transportation Allowance Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$1.621,00 – R$1.945,20 per month Benefits: * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
