Job Summary:
Position for a nutritionist focused on UAN, responsible for supervising the team, controlling production processes, implementing quality measures, and providing operational training.
Key Highlights:

Position for a nutritionist interested in and capable of working in a Food and Nutrition Unit (UAN), providing full support across production processes.
On a daily basis, the nutritionist will perform the following tasks:
1\. Supervision of the operational team: lead and monitor to ensure processes comply with legal food safety regulations.
2\. Control of the production process from pre-preparation through post-production dispatch.
3\. Implement and monitor quality processes.
4\. Develop daily production plans.
5\. Inventory control in coordination with the unit's inventory clerk.
6\. Training of the operational team.
Requirements:
\- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition
\- Proficiency in Excel and computer use
\- Minimum 6 months of experience in restaurants or factories, even in roles different from this position.
\- Preference for candidates with affinity for the UAN field.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Compensation: R$2\.400,00 \- R$2\.800,00 per month
