Focused on excellence and value creation, we provide a comprehensive, differentiated banking experience aligned with each client’s individual needs. **Work Model:** On-site **Work Location:** PASSOS \- MG **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Prime Relationship Manager, your main responsibilities will include: * Providing client service both in-person and remotely, ensuring an excellent experience during every interaction; * Prospecting new clients for the Prime segment to expand the relationship base; * Actively managing the client portfolio, focusing on profitability, retention, and business expansion; * Acting consultatively by offering personalized support for investment, insurance, and other financial solutions aligned with each client’s profile. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * CPA\-20, CEA, or CFP certification; * Solid experience in public-facing roles within the banking sector; * Experience in commercial areas and client portfolio management in the financial sector; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency; * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
