Image editing expertise (Lightroom, Photoshop) We seek an organized, communicative professional with keen attention to detail to support photo editing and customer service, ensuring quality, agility, and an outstanding end-to-end experience. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in photo editing, organization, and verification; * Provide customer service via WhatsApp, e-mail, and/or internal platforms; * Support adjustments, revisions, and photo-related requests; * Track requests, deadlines, and customer feedback; * Support the editing and customer service teams in daily routines. **Requirements:** * Basic to intermediate knowledge of photography and image editing; * Familiarity with editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop or similar); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity; * Proficiency in customer service and issue resolution. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in photo editing; * Experience in customer service; * Affinity with photography and event industries. **Desired Profile:** * Responsible and committed; * Empathetic and patient in customer interactions; * Agile, organized, and collaborative.
