With an **antifragile mindset**, capable of benefiting from the various challenges inherent in this role. **Join the \#TimeNefroClínicas** We are looking for a **Nursing Technician Intern** to work at our facility, supporting the clinical team in caring for patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the safe circulation and transportation of patients within the facility. * Support the nursing team during hemodialysis procedures under supervision. * Prepare materials and equipment for sessions, maintaining sector organization. * Assist in equipment disinfection and inventory control of consumables. **Requirements:** * High school or technical education. * Currently enrolled in a **Nursing Technician** program, with anticipated completion. **Desired Knowledge:** * Basic understanding of hemodialysis and renal replacement therapy. * Familiarity with **Basic Life Support (BLS)**. * Concepts of infection prevention and control (HAIs). * Vital signs monitoring and medical record documentation. * Fundamental pharmacology principles applied to anticoagulation. * Basic knowledge of arteriovenous fistula (AVF) puncture and central venous catheter (CVC) handling (preferred). **Expected Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Teamwork and ethical conduct. * Responsibility and commitment to patient safety. **Internship Schedule:** * 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM\.
