Carry out minor repairs on masonry, painting, doors, windows, furniture, and other items. Conduct periodic inspections to identify issues and risks. Record completed services and report maintenance needs to the supervisor. Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness, as well as compliance with safety regulations.
