Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Close collaboration with the business and internal clients to manage conflicts and support development; * Strategic involvement, aligning and implementing employee development alternatives focused on business needs; * Conducting internal and external recruitment and selection processes; * Supporting managers in team development, structure, and workforce planning; * Executing internal transfers, ensuring compliance with all internal transfer requirements and company policies; * Ensuring implementation of corporate programs and onboarding of new employees; * Responsible for promoting the company's culture and values; * Acting as an internal communications agent; * Monitoring area KPIs and developing specific action plans as needed; * Developing and delivering training for leadership aligned with cultural transformation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Pedagogy, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Power BI knowledge is desirable. **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it is**.
