Excellent interpersonal skills. **KNOWLEDGE/PROFICIENCY** DHCP/DNS/AD/WINS/Wi-Fi servers Windows 2016/2019/10/11 Windows Domain Controllers Cabling LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks Hardware knowledge Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems and Office 365. **ROUTINES** Level 1/Level 2 support User assistance Maintaining functional IT infrastructure and ensuring users can effectively utilize available resources Network and environment administration (network/hardware/software) Server backup routines Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of administrative systems Installation and configuration of user peripherals Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$4.555,62 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
