Job Summary: The IT Support Assistant will work in the NOC as the point of contact to handle internal requests and ensure the efficient operation of technological resources. Key Highlights: 1. We currently have an opening for an **IT Support Assistant**, and we invite both **internal employees and external professionals** to participate in the selection process. The primary responsibility is to provide technical support and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networks, as well as assist in maintaining and managing the organization’s information technology systems. This professional will operate in the NOC as the point of contact for internal requests, ensuring the efficient functioning of technological resources.
