Opportunity to work with diverse IT technologies **Position: IT Assistant** On-site, near Eldorado neighborhood Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Salary negotiable **About the position** We are looking for an **IT Assistant** to provide technical support to the radio’s administrative and operational teams, ensuring the proper functioning of systems, equipment, and technological infrastructure. We seek an organized, proactive individual with strong agile problem-solving skills. **Main responsibilities:** * Technical support to users (on-site and remote); * Basic maintenance of computers, printers, and network equipment; * Software installation and configuration; * Support in file organization and backup security; * Monitoring of internet and internal network performance; * Support for radio systems (automation, audio editing, etc.); * IT equipment inventory management. **Requirements:** * Basic/intermediate computer literacy; * Knowledge of networking (routers, switches, cabling); * Experience in maintenance and technical support; * Proficiency in Windows and Office suite; * Basic information security knowledge; * Strong communication and organizational skills. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience providing IT support to media or radio companies; * Familiarity with servers and cloud backup solutions; * Basic knowledge of audio and video editing; * Technical or undergraduate degree in IT (in progress or completed). **Desired profile:** * Proactivity and accountability; * Agility in problem resolution; * Organization and attention to detail; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Commitment to deadlines and confidentiality of information.
