This role is ideal for those seeking to apply technical knowledge in real-world settings and contribute to the digital transformation of complex industrial operations. **In this team, you will have the opportunity to:** * **Apply theoretical knowledge in practice**, experiencing our team’s day-to-day operations and directly contributing to relevant projects. * **Participate in training sessions and workshops** that broaden your knowledge and prepare you for the challenges of the job market. * **Develop new competencies and enhance existing ones**, becoming a more well-rounded professional. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you for this position:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (bachelor’s, teaching, or technology degree); * Expected graduation date from December/2026 onward; * Availability to intern for at least 18 months, up to a maximum of 24 months; * Availability to intern in a hybrid model in Belo Horizonte/MG. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Advanced English proficiency. **A glimpse of what you’ll do:** * Support the identification and analysis of industrial processes to **identify opportunities for continuous improvement** in automation for clients; * Assist in preparing technical feasibility studies and system specifications; * Participate in technical visits to client sites for process mapping and data collection; * Support the development and validation of customized digital solutions; * Contribute to technical project documentation (calculation records, reports, flowcharts); * Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and IT teams in project development. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** As a people-focused company, we constantly strive to value our team.
