THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, respectively, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby publicly announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Candidates who are approved may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order.
1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES
2\. This Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** Sports and Leisure Instructor
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee’s monthly premium fully covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly premium borne by the employee.
2\.1\. Work schedule and shift assignments will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon notification; the candidate must confirm availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates who decline the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.

**JOB SUMMARY:** Delivers sports, leisure, and recreation classes at the Operational Unit, as well as courses and lectures; supports the coordinator in planning and implementing SEST’s sports and leisure promotion initiatives; and performs administrative tasks in the area.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):**
**NOTE:** PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME.
**EDUCATION:**
COMPLETED BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION.
Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or;
b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion).
**DOCUMENTATION:**
ACTIVE REGISTRATION WITH THE FEDERAL COUNCIL OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION (CREF).
Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by:
a) Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the Regional Council of Physical Education, valid within its expiration date and displaying the professional’s full name. (At the time of hiring, a “no record” certificate issued by the relevant authority will be required.)
b) Declaration/document issued by the Regional Council of Physical Education indicating the active registration number, the professional’s full name, validity period, and bearing official signature and stamp.
**EXPERIENCE:**
PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING SPORTS AND LEISURE PROJECTS FOR DIVERSE POPULATIONS.
**PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by:
a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of services rendered, and detailed description of performed activities;
b) Or copy of the Worker’s Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking such registration to the target position (only if the CTPS job title matches the position required in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of service provision contract or Autonomous Payment Receipt (RPA), specifying performed activities, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience.
