General support in HR operational routines **Industry**: Human Resources. **Main Responsibilities:** * Hiring and Termination: Assist in recruitment, separation, data registration, and document organization for new and departing employees. * Timekeeping: Help monitor working hours, absences, medical certificates, and input related data into the timekeeping system. * Payroll: Support the collection of necessary data and information for payroll processing and other statutory obligations. * Documentation: Maintain organization and preservation of active and inactive HR files, personnel records, and other departmental documents. * Internal Systems: Register and update employee information in the company’s internal systems. * General Support: Provide assistance across various HR operational routines. **Requirements and Skills:** * Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Human Resources, or Accounting (from the 6th semester onward). * Knowledge (Preferred): Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel); familiarity with payroll and timekeeping systems. * Skills: Organized, communicative, strong interpersonal skills, proactive, and eager to learn. **Salary and Benefits:** Stipend + Transportation Allowance **Working Hours:** Morning shift: (8 AM – 2 PM) Job Type: Internship Compensation: R$700.00 per week Benefits: * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
