That was only the beginning of a trajectory that has made us a solid market reference and one of the best companies to work for. **Responsibilities and Duties** A professional employed by the **CLIENT** and/or the CONTRACTOR who supports the Product Owner (PO) in refining and writing user stories, conducting functional testing, and generating artifacts to meet contractual requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Job Description** Responsible for the full lifecycle of institutional system and automation development and maintenance with AI. The professional will translate complex business needs into digital solutions, lead implementation strategy across Education Regional Offices, and ensure operational stability through specialized Level-3 support and self-service channel curation. **Main Responsibilities:** Requirements Engineering (Systems and AI) * Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements for web/mobile system development and automation workflows; * Map current-state ("As\-Is") business processes and design future-state ("To\-Be") processes, identifying where traditional software or AI can deliver maximum value; * Prepare technical specifications, flow diagrams, low-fidelity prototypes, and acceptance criteria (User Stories). Implementation and Change Management * Plan and coordinate implementation schedules for new modules and systems with Regional Offices; * Train support teams (Level 1 and Level 2) and key users (champions), ensuring supporting documentation is clear and up-to-date; * Monitor the "Assisted Operations" period following the launch of new features. Automation and Intelligent Support * Configure and curate support chatbots, structuring the knowledge base so the system automatically answers frequently asked questions; * Identify opportunities to integrate legacy systems with new AI tools to optimize administrative processes. Level-3 Support and Maintenance * Provide specialized technical support, resolving complex system incidents and automation bugs requiring deep data analysis or business rule evaluation; * Manage the backlog of fixes and improvements based on daily user-reported issues; * Validate fixes in staging environments before production deployment. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed higher education degree (technology, undergraduate, or postgraduate — lato sensu and/or stricto sensu) in Information Technology. * Solid experience as a Requirements/System Analyst (Mid-Level); * Experience implementing medium/large-scale software and training end users; * Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, JAD) and functional documentation; * Technical knowledge to perform Level-3 support (log analysis, database queries, business rule validation); * Experience configuring and maintaining decision trees in chatbots/customer service channels. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); * Familiarity with databases (SQL) for report extraction and support; * Prior experience in the public sector or educational management systems; * Conceptual understanding of APIs and system integrations. **Additional Information** In continuous evolution, we foster a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive environment. **We invest in talent development** and implement practices that optimize and connect diverse technological and innovative aspects.
