This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience or interest in banking matters, contract analysis, debt negotiation, review of financial transactions, and strategic representation of clients’ interests. Main Responsibilities * Handling Banking Law matters; * Analyzing banking contracts and financial documents; * Drafting litigation documents and legal submissions; * Monitoring judicial and administrative proceedings; * Supporting legal strategies aimed at reviewing, reducing, or negotiating banking debts; * Providing legal service and support to clients; * Managing deadlines, documents, and procedural filings. Requirements * Law degree; * Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration; * Experience or interest in Banking Law, Civil Law, or Corporate Law; * Strong legal writing skills; * Organizational skills and responsibility regarding deadlines; * Analytical, strategic, and committed profile; * Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in revisionary lawsuits, enforcement actions, defenses against banking collections, or debt negotiation; * Knowledge of banking contracts, guarantees, interest rates, capitalization, and financial operations; * Prior experience in a law firm.
