Below are the main responsibilities of this position: * Providing employee support to clarify various inquiries. * Managing employee documentation, including submission to headquarters. * Monitoring electronic timekeeping, with necessary actions for monthly closing. * Receiving and controlling medical certificates. * Providing support and follow-up to ensure compliance with deadlines related to vacation scheduling, terminations, and other departmental processes. * Assisting in managing benefits offered to employees. * Conducting recruitment processes, including overseeing hiring stages and submitting information to headquarters. * Supporting corporate events, internal marketing initiatives, and internal communication activities. **Requirements:** \- Prior experience in personnel department and HR processes; \- HR or related field degree preferred; \- Familiarity with Sankhya and Sênior systems preferred; \- Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT); \- Driver's license category B preferred. **Working Hours:** \- Monday to Friday \- 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM \- Lunch break: 1 hour and 42 minutes Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
