Focus on recruitment and selection, as well as training and development #### **About the position:** * We are looking for an HR Analyst to work across various Human Resources functions. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Handle recruitment and selection. * Support people and leadership management. * Oversee training and development initiatives. * Plan and execute internal marketing activities. * Perform routine tasks in the Personnel Department. * Provide support for other administrative tasks within the department. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in Human Resources. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in HR management tools. * Organizational skills and proactivity. * Must reside in São Sebastião do Paraíso or nearby region. #### **Benefits:** * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Discount on proprietary brand products * Performance-based bonuses #### **Work schedule and working hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
