Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and committed to meeting deadlines and ensuring legal compliance. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct employee onboarding, termination, and vacation scheduling; * Process and verify payroll; * Manage benefits, leaves of absence, medical certificates, and electronic timekeeping; * Generate and submit statutory reporting obligations (eSocial, SEFIP, CAGED, DIRF, RAIS, etc.); * Maintain up-to-date employee records and labor documentation; * Provide support to managers and employees regarding labor-related questions; * Support internal audits and compliance initiatives.
